A new report related to the iPhone SE 4 suggests that the device may come with major changes and carry a relatively higher price tag. Especially since the iPhone mini models have already been discontinued, the iPhone SE 4 will be the only compact offering from Apple. According to MacRumors report, Apple iPhone SE 4 is said to come with a 6.1-inch LCD display and a higher standard. The report quoted prominent Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC) analyst Ross Young as saying that Apple will launch the next iPhone SE model in 2024.

Going by the rumours, the iPhone SE 4 will feature a flexible island like the one seen on the iPhone 14 Pro models. We are already seeing reports that the iPhone 15 series coming in 2023 will get this feature. Now, fresh reports suggest the same for the next-gen iPhone SE model.

In addition, according to the Chinese publication MyDrivers and leaker Jon Prosser, the iPhone SE 4 is ready to follow the design of the iPhone XR, which will remove the key. But the size of the notch on the device is unknown and it remains to be seen what kind of components it may contain. On the other hand, there are reports that the device may look like the iPhone XR and will not get Face ID support. To keep costs down, the company is said to be able to add Touch ID to the next-generation iPhone SE Power.

Finally, prominent Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo suggests that the company may be working on the display size and planning to add a Touch ID side button to the upcoming iPhone SE, making it similar to the iPad Air and iPad mini.
