The ever-growing list of Motorola smartphones is getting bigger as the company is planning to launch the Moto G Play (2022) in the near future.
The phone was leaked today, complete with the images you’ll see below, along with its most important specifications.
It comes with a 6.5-inch 720×1600 IPS LCD touchscreen, MediaTek Helio G37 SoC at the core, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and a 5,000 mAh battery with 10W charging.
At the rear, a 16MP primary camera is accompanied by a 2MP macro shooter and a 2MP depth sensor, while selfies are taken care of by a 5MP snapper. The Moto G Play (2022) runs Android 12, although Android 13 is already out. Compared to last year’s predecessor, this model has a different chipset and a higher-resolution main camera, as well as a new, more modern back design.
Looking at the specs here, the main selling point of this device could undoubtedly be the price, which unfortunately didn’t come out. It should be cheap, but otherwise it won’t sell well. It is not known exactly when it will be announced, but it should be soon. We will let you know.
