Bose has quietly unveiled its new QuietComfort SE over-ear ANC headphones. The audio brand won’t spoil a bit of fanfare by announcing the SE model, as it’s unchanged from last year’s QuietComfort 45, including pricing and features.

The lightweight Bose QuietComfort SE QC45 ups the ante in design. You’ll find over-ear headbands and large earcups to keep the controls and USB-C port in place. Additionally, the headphones can be folded and folded easily in their carrying case.
It’s unclear if Bose has introduced a new audio chipset or added codec support under the hood. Active noise cancellation is present along with silent and wake modes. The latter feature allows external sounds similar to the cheaper Soundcore Space Q45 we tested. Pairing the headphones is done through the Bose mobile app, which also offers equalizer customization.
Cheap price for QuietComfort 45
Bose has already listed the QuietComfort SE for $330, the same price as the previous model that launched last year. Surprisingly, the Bose QuietComfort 45 is heavily discounted on Amazon. So, we are very excited about what the difference between two ANC headphones can be.
