With the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S23 still months away, the rumor mill is already churning out possible features and specifications. A new leak suggests that there won’t be much difference between the Samsung Galaxy S23 and the Galaxy S22.
Samsung Galaxy S23 and Samsung Galaxy S22
Samsung has hinted that the Galaxy S23 will launch early next year and it could bring a lot of improvements. However, there is not much difference in size and design between Samsung Galaxy S23 and Samsung Galaxy S22.
Popular tipster @UniverseIce has revealed two specs of the new Samsung Galaxy S23. The tipper shows the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 with a 0.15mm bezel increase. To the eye, this difference will be barely noticeable, making it very similar to the previous Samsung Galaxy S22.
The tip shared the dimensions of both the Samsung Galaxy S23 and Samsung Galaxy S22. Samsung Galaxy S22 measures 146.0 x 70.6 x 7.6 mm while Samsung Galaxy S23 is 146.3 x 70.9 x 7.6 mm. The difference is hardly noticeable. Comparison pictures of both phones show more similarities.

That said, the same cannot be said about the Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra models. Samsung may take the Apple route, and bring major upgrades only to the Ultra model. This means that there may not be much difference in the Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus model either. However, this is just speculation for now and nothing is confirmed.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Series Launch: What to Expect?
If the Samsung Galaxy S23 series launches next year, the South Korean brand could be deep in development. This is also where many leaks and rumors have surfaced online. For example, the next-generation Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra features a 200MP camera, an improved battery arrangement, and more.
