But the rest, like the redundant processor and unchanged design, make last year’s Apple Watch 7 a better option if you’re looking to keep costs down and still get basic smartwatch functionality.
The cheapest Watch Series 7 retails for $379, a savings of $120 off the original price of $499. This is a 41mm case on aluminum material with GPS and cellular connectivity. If you choose the 45mm version, you’ll save $129, or 24 percent off. The biggest bargain is the stainless steel variants, which sport a silicone band or a graphite loop for $550, down $149 from $699.
Why not miss this Apple Watch Series 7 deals
If you come from an older generation of Watch Series, there are only a few reasons to get the Watch Series 8 this year. If you don’t need the temperature sensor or crash detection feature, we still recommend the Watch Series 7. It still has the same battery life as its successor. Apple will update the Watch 4 and later models with the same low power mode as the new Watch 8 or Ultra.
It’s unclear how long the Watch Series 7 stocks will last, especially with the flagship models. So we advise you to act fast now.
