Vivo X Fold+ is coming soon and we know it will have a new red color. It’s also expected to run the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, and today a unit has been based on AnTuTu, giving us a glimpse of the foldable’s performance.
The benchmark shows that the phone with model number V2229A will have 12GB RAM and 512GB storage and will ship Android 12 out of the box.

The 1,100,438 score isn’t the highest we’ve seen on AnTuTu, but it’s pretty close to the top spot, often occupied by powerful gaming-oriented smartphones. However, the Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 may be the highest for a foldable as it falls short of 50,000 points and the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 fails to enter the seven-figure range.
The AnTuTu score is the sum of the four key areas and their performance – CPU, GPU, Memory and User Interface. While the X Fold+ will have LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, we can see that at least one of the screens will come with a 120Hz refresh rate. We expect a built-in and improved hinge camera with Ziss.
