Fans of folding laptops have seen two contenders in the segment — the 17.3-inch Asus Zenbook 17 Fold OLED and the 16.3-inch Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Fold 2022. Both can be used as standalone displays, tablets, or folded as laptops, and both will cost an arm and a leg — when Lenovo starts shipping in November. The ThinkPad X1 Fold 2022 will ask $2,499, while Asus’ Zenbook 17 Fold OLED will be available in Q4 for €3,999/$3,499.
