Xiaomi’s new 13T series will be officially unveiled next week (September 26), but the two new phones have been leaked several times. The latest unofficial information looks at the price again – the Xiaomi 13T and 13T Pro will be cheaper than their Xiaomi 13 counterparts.

According to Ishan Agarwal, the Xiaomi 13T will go for €650/£550 in 8GB/256GB configurations. The Xiaomi 13T Pro starts at €800/£650 for the base 12GB/256GB model and goes up to €1,000 for the 16GB/1TB phone.

For comparison, at launch the Xiaomi 13 price in Europe was €1,000 for the 8GB/256GB phone and the 13 Pro started at €1,300 for the 12GB/256GB model.

Agarwal’s price is plausible as it matches the price we saw from a Romanian retailer – there’s a difference of a few euros, but that’s due to VAT differences across Europe.

So far, Xiaomi has confirmed that the 13T duo will receive premium software support – 4 operating system updates and 5 years of security patches (for example Samsung and OnePlus related). As for unofficial information, we have seen renders of both devices and know some of their specifications.

Both are said to have 6.67-inch 144Hz AMOLED displays (1,220 x 2,712 pixels), 50MP main cameras, 50MP telephoto (50mm) and 12MP ultra-wide and 20MP selfie modules. Both have 5,000mAh batteries. The Pro model is getting a faster Dimensity 9200+ chipset and 120W fast charging, while the vanilla model instead features a Dimensity 8200-Ultra and 67W charging.
