While much of the focus in the mobile world is generally focused on the main devices that create this and that left and right, most sales come from devices in the entry level and middle range and are rarely mentioned. They may be overlooked in the media and even in casual conversations with friends, but they are the real workhorse of the industry – the phones that most people are accustomed to are not the only ones they really want.
One of these devices is the Poco C31, which was launched in September and was released in October last year as a MediaTek Helio G35 chipset. This is certainly not the first hive that comes to mind when you think of Poko – it may not be on the list. However, it has sold more than a million units in India so far, according to Poké India chief Hemanshu Tando.
He issued the following statement regarding the success of the phone.
The POCO C31 was basically born out of the needs of our customers at a more competitive price for the POCO experience. So, we focused on redefining the smartphone experience by offering a softer performance device. Purchasing at a price below 10K, the POCO C31 has been an amazing success for us. With a powerful processor, triple-camera setup and a large battery, the POCO C31 offers an unmatched price point in the category. For the second time in nine months in the C-series, the remarkable response to the launch of the smartphone is a testament to consumers’ love and trust in the brand and a great incentive for us to do better. .
The Poco C31 starts with an INR 8,190 and has a 6.53-inch 60 Hz IPS LCD touchscreen, a dual rear camera system (with 13MP core, 2MP macro and 2MP depth sensor), a 5 MP selfie snapper, and a 5,000 mAh battery. He certainly doesn’t have a very interesting list, but now he can be proud of his success – he joined the Millionaires Club.
