Samsung Smart Search is compatible with Apple’s Find My network. Smart Things Find has reached 200 million “nodes” worldwide, and Samsung has reached a new level of access to lost equipment and supplies. Node to SmartThings Find is any Samsung device selected.
We are proud and excited to see the rapid development of the SmartThings Find service. In less than two years, 200 million devices have opted for Samsung Galaxy users to find faulty devices – making it one of the fastest growing services in Samsung. – TM Roh, President and CEO of Samsung Mobile Mobile Experience
Any Samsung Galaxy smartphone registered with the SmartThings Find Network can participate in helping to find their device, wearables or smartphone tags and other stored items. Samsung Galaxy Smart Tag and Smart Tag + Bluetooth Low Energy and UWB (Ultra-wide band) have started tracking devices nearby.

If a smart tag or item is missing, nearby Galaxy devices registered with the SmartThings Find Network can safely transfer the approximate location of the item and anonymously. Device IDs on the network are changed every 15 minutes and are securely encrypted. The SmartThings Find app also has a tool for manually locating anonymous smart tags that the user can unknowingly carry.
