At Google IO, we talked about what is new for developers, including the second Android 13 beta, which we will release today for testing and feedback. Our beta releases program is a philosophy of transparency and collaboration with you, our community and us and your input makes Android a better platform for everyone. Thanks for the feedback so far!
At Android 13, we will continue to focus on our privacy and security priorities as well as developer productivity. We’ve added a new license to send notifications, a privacy-selecting photo selector and modified licenses to nearby devices and send media files. We’ve made it easy to support application-based language settings, match your app icons with user-selected theme colors, and build up to standard standards such as HDR video, Bluetooth LE Audio and MIDI 2.0 via USB. We also continue to improve Android operating systems on tablets and tablets, giving you more than 270+ million of these tools to make better use of them. You can read more about Android 13 in the keyword blog post.
Beta 2 Android 13 has everything you need to test it, test your applications and give your feedback. Register here for any supported Pixel device to get Beta 2 and future updates over the air. If you have already installed Android 13 preview or beta build, you will automatically receive beta updates.
You can also get the Android 13 Beta on selected phones, tablets and tablets.
