Oppo’s Reno8 T has been leaking a lot over the past few weeks, and yesterday we got to know when the announcement will take place: on February 8, at least for the Philippines.

Now, also from the Philippines, we have the price of the upcoming device to talk about, as revealed in a Facebook ad for a brick-and-mortar physical store in Quezon City.

According to the listing, which shows several boxes of the Reno 8T ready for sale to customers, the phone will be priced at PHP 18,999, which currently equates to $348 and €320 respectively.

Given the lack of visible 5G branding on the box, we assume this is a 4G-only model. For that amount of money, you get 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, though a 128GB iteration is also apparently in the works. The specs say the handset has a 6.43-inch AMOLED touchscreen, a 40x zoom “Microlens” camera and a 100MP “Portrait Camera”. Whatever that means.

The battery should be 5,000 mAh, with support for 33W fast wired charging. Two colors are offered: black and orange, the latter in the form of faux leather. The Reno8 T is said to run ColorOS 13 on top of Android 13. In the Philippines, if you pre-order one of these, you’ll reportedly get a free pair of Oppo’s Enco Buds2 TWS earphones.

According to past leaks, rumors and speculations, the 4G-only Reno8 T will be powered by MediaTek’s Helio G99 SoC, while the 5G model will get Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 695.
