Earlier today, Apple announced the date of its next big keynote. On June 10, the company's annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) kicks off, and it's expected to do so when iOS 18 is announced, which will be released in the fall.
A new report by Bloomberg's Mark Gurman of all things advertising says that IS18 is “the most ambitious iPhone software update in history” and “people working on updates.” Those are huge words, let's see if he can really deliver.
As previously rumored, Apple will talk about AI at WWDC – a lot, apparently, if we go by what “people in the know” think. AI strategy will be “front and center” for iOS 18, says Gurman. He's not the only one — Apple's SVP of Marketing Greg Joswick tweeted about the upcoming conference, “Absolutely incredible!
